Each module covers a part of your health. Log manually, and Zello cross-references the data to return recommendations.
Food: log meals by plate photo, barcode, or free text — the AI estimates calories and macros (protein, carbs, fat), and you can adjust before saving. Supports history search and favorite meals for one-tap re-logging.
Workout: strength training log — exercise, sets, loads and reps. Photograph your workout sheet or speak/type free text and the AI structures it. Shows load progression over time per exercise.
Cardio: running, biking, walking, swimming and similar — duration, distance, perceived intensity. Feeds into the day's calorie expenditure alongside Workout.
Sleep: bed/wake time, perceived quality (1–5). Feeds the sleep trend and cross-module recommendations (e.g. poor sleep + heavy training the same day).
Water: volume drunk throughout the day, with a configurable daily goal and optional reminders.
Weight: weigh-ins over time, with a computed trend (not the raw daily value, which fluctuates with fluid retention) and projection toward your goal.
Labs: photo or PDF of a blood test — the AI extracts markers (e.g. ferritin, vitamin D, HbA1c) and cross-references them with what you log in Food/Supplements, flagging discrepancies without prescribing action (Pro).
Medications: medication and supplement tracking, with attention to how a medication class may affect appetite/body composition — never suggests dose, start, pause, or discontinuation (Pro).
Diet: structured meal plan (meals and macro targets per day), AI-generated from your profile, goal, and preferences.
Insights: ask the AI free-form questions about your own logged data — e.g. "how has my sleep been during heavy training weeks?"
Suggestions: proactive recommendations generated by cross-referencing modules, without you having to ask.
Hub and 360 View: the home screen summarizes your day (calorie goal, water, workouts); the 360 View (`/360`) combines diet adherence, workout/cardio frequency, weight trend, and the labs clinical loop in one panel.
Zello has 3 plans: Free (manual logging + 5 AI analyses/day), Basic (Food/Workout/Cardio with AI + Insights + Suggestions), and Pro (everything in Basic + Labs + Medications).
